What are the different types Canadian visas?

To obtain clearance from the government's human resources authorities, the employer should take the following steps:

  1. For a month, the company must advertise the post in Canada.
  2. They should be able to show that no Canadian is qualified for the job.
  3. They must apply for LMIA with strong supporting documentation to the Government Human Resources Authorities (Labour Market Impact Analysis)
  4. They can recruit an Overseas Worker once they acquire the documents.

FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER CATEGORY

The FSWC is a form of permanent residence visa in Canada. This is the only Canadian Visa that is solely based on skills. Candidates are evaluated and graded based on the following criteria:

  1. Education
  2. Technical skills
  3. Work experience
  4. English/ French language proficiency

To be eligible for this Canadian visa, overseas immigrants must score at least 67 points out of 100. Immigrants must also have at least one year of skilled work experience in the position they are looking for.

CANADIAN EXPERIENCE CLASS

This is the most attractive of all the Permanent Residence Canadian Visas for Overseas Workers. The following requirements must be met by the applicant:

  1. Work experience in Canada for at least 12 months is required.
  2. They must be able to communicate in English and French.
